Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance. Enterprise customers may negotiate specific SLA terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a 30-day window during which you can export your data. After this period, data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which Rehal operates. For institutions in the European Union, EU consumer protection law applies. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before resorting to formal proceedings.
